Garden Terrace Suite Fees Include:

 Accommodation in your desired suite, including Heat, Hydro, Water and Basic TV Service

 Weekly Housekeeping

 Individually controlled Heating & Air Conditioning in each suite

 Daily Breakfast in the Maples Servery

 Fifteen Dinner Meals a month in the main Dining Room

 Use of all facilities, Fitness Centre, Medical office, Foyer, Main Lounge, Servery, Theatre etc.

 Reserved Parking Space (if required)

 Washer, Dryer, Fridge and Stove in each suite

 Leisure Living Program with active programs, speakers and special events

 Access to RN's 24 hours a day (Emergency situations)

 Evening Security Guard, sprinkler system with site monitoring, Emergency power

 Front Desk access for packages and deliveries

 Emergency Security Response system with 2 way voice communication.

Garden Terrace Complex Services

Weekly Light Cleaning

Weekly Light Cleaning Includes:
Entire suite vacuumed
(Furniture will not be moved to vacuum underneath, except legged chairs that are easily moved)
Full bathroom clean (Tub or Shower will be rinsed and disinfected as needed. Bathroom floor disinfected and cleaned. Toilet and sink disinfected and cleaned. Bathroom mirror and counter area cleaned.)
Kitchen Floor(Kitchen floor will be cleaned and disinfected)
Windows(Interior windows will be cleaned as needed)
Room freshened as needed.
One visit per week from a housekeeper to perform the above duties.
Light Dusting ( Personal memos and furniture will not be moved)
